Preparation for reuse
Where equipment has become WEEE and is prepared for reuse, our process is aligned with the relevant approach in BS EN 50614:2020, including visual inspection, safety and functionality checks appropriate to the equipment.
Secure data sanitisation before redeployment
Returned equipment is sanitised before reassignment so a new user does not inherit the previous organisation’s data. Devices that cannot be securely and economically reused move into an appropriate WEEE recycling route.
